Walnut Creek, Calif., and Charlotte, N.C., — July 23, 2026 — Amerit Fleet Solutions (“Amerit”), the industry’s leading provider of fleet maintenance, repair and management services, announces the acquisition of Kirk NationaLease (“KNL”), a fleet solutions company specializing in contract maintenance, mobile service and shop management. Together with the purchase of KNL, Amerit also acquires Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions (“TTPS”), a truck and trailer upfitting provider that specializes in upfitting truck bodies, liftgates, solar solutions and more.
These acquisitions, which bring 19 strategically located physical repair shops into the Amerit network, represent a significant milestone in Amerit’s growth strategy, expanding the company’s service network, technical capabilities and customer reach while reinforcing its commitment to delivering comprehensive fleet lifecycle solutions for customers nationwide.
Kirk NationaLease was founded in 1969 and has built a reputation for delivering customer-focused fleet solutions through a network of service locations across the United States. By combining Amerit’s nationwide fleet maintenance and fleet solutions programs with KNL and TTPS’ longstanding operational expertise, customers will benefit from an expanded network of technicians, enhanced service capabilities, greater geographic coverage, and a broader portfolio of services and solutions designed to maximize vehicle uptime and reduce total cost of ownership.
