Think of our MSC’s as a garage on wheels. Fully stocked and equipped with everything needed to provide up to 90% of routine maintenance and repairs for the fleet it serves. Our MSC’s are typically utilized on-site at our customers’ warehouses, storage facilities, and parking locations. Because our MSC’s can travel, our technicians drive to the vehicles they service rather than requiring our customers to drop-off vehicles and arrange other transportation or wait on service.

With over 700 MSCs located across the US and Canada and dedicated to customers, our MSCs are our most utilized service.

Amerit’s proprietary, fully integrated portal, “The HUB,” is a centralized platform for all customer data and metrics. This fully integrated KPI and metrics platform provides customizable reporting with drill-down capabilities, so you can view status updates and other important details all the way down to a single asset.

Many of our customers rely on a compilation of data and integrate The HUB with their own software and internal systems for a truly customized data center.

Yes, using our proprietary portal, The HUB, you have access to custom data and a KPI Dashboard whenever you need! We make it easy for you to monitor your data and keep an eye on your assets.

Absolutely. Our customized approach to your service is rooted in understanding your specific needs at each location. We can leverage our services as a single offering, or we can combine a number of our services to work cohesively together to meet your needs. For example, if you need MSCs in a southern region and want us to work out of your shop in a northern region, we can accommodate both.

We maintain a robust network of pre-qualified third-party providers, yes. Through our integrated portal, The HUB, our personnel can manage all day-to-day activities, including our own technicians and any third-party servicing your assets. This includes management of repair requests, reviewing estimates, scheduling and invoicing, and more. This ensures that no matter how complex the repair, you only have a single point of contact, your Amerit representative.

Have your own favorite provider? We currently partner with over 10,000 vendors and can partner with your preferred vendor upon request.

“Dedicated” means you’re not sharing. Our technicians support your assets and your assets alone. It’s all about maximizing your uptime. By dedicating technicians to you, you are guaranteed not to have to stand in line behind other customers, which drastically reduces the time your fleet is waiting for service.

The dedicated model also ensures your processes and procedures are followed consistently, every time in all locations. Your fleet is our only priority at all times.

How it works: Each customer gets a full-time technician (40 hours weekly). This model is ideal for fleets with 50+ light to medium duty assets, 20+ heavy duty assets, or 100+ trailers. If your fleet requires less than 40 hours of service per week, our dedicated model may not be the right fit.

Our New Business Integration (NBI) team handles the implementation of new accounts and locations. This team is a cross-functional group of subject matter experts who build-out your dedicated maintenance plan.

This includes account setup, billing, systems integration, operation and field operations coordination as well as recruiting, safety, HR training and support.

The NBI Team creates a dedicated playbook for each customer. This playbook maps out a play-by-play schedule for integration and execution of the maintenance plan, so that all customers onboard with zero disruption to their daily operations.

Absolutely, safety is top priority. Our technicians are certified in comprehensive safety protocols, including OSHA and HAZMAT, to ensure a safe working environment for us, your drivers, your assets and your community.

What do our safety programs look like? We require the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and ongoing safety training for technicians and managers. We also have a dedicated management team that enforces our safety protocols and supports employees who need assistance.

We’ve also invested in incident report training in order to encourage a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. All of our employees understand and value a safe working environment and work together to maintain the highest safety standards.

We have a robust team of in-house recruiters who are experts in finding and hiring talented technicians. This team works across the US to provide support to customers who expand operations with Amerit, as well as new customers.

Our technicians are the backbone of our company, and engaging with them, understanding their challenges, and supporting them remain some of our top priorities.

Yes, our technicians are required to complete regular training to stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and best practices.

Additionally, our Learning and Development (L&D) Team is dedicated to offering training for areas of growth like our Trailer Tech Academy and our Reefer Training Academy. Any of our field employees can grow their careers by entering these academies and broadening their skillsets. The L&D Team works around-the-clock on training resources and supporting field employees in continued growth and education.

Yes! We offer specialized EV maintenance programs for your entire fleet. We can support AVs, EVs, charging hardware, Hydrogen-Fuel Cell, BEVs, and ZEVs of all types and classes.

We are OEM agnostic which means we are not limited in the assets we can provide services and ongoing maintenance to. Our expert technicians train with OEM providers to offer warranty support and services.

Our pricing is structured to fit the needs of each customer. While we do not have a flat rate, we are always transparent and collaborative.
