Chris Moulden is a strategic, people-first leader with a hands-on approach and over two decades of industry leadership. He has played a pivotal role in advancing safety practices nationwide, guiding organizations through growth while maintaining operational integrity and risk mitigation at the highest level.

As Senior Vice President of EHS, Mr. Moulden is responsible for shaping and executing company-wide safety strategy, driving risk management and incident reduction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety through training and continuous improvement. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of HSE for two Primoris Service Corporation segments—Utilities and Renewables—as well as holding key roles such as Senior Corporate Safety Director for ARB, Inc./Primoris Service Corporation and Corporate Safety Director for Performance Mechanical Inc./EMCOR, where he cultivated industry-leading safety cultures in high-stakes environments.
