Mr. Siegel is General Counsel of Amerit Fleet Solutions, where he serves as the company’s sole legal officer. He brings 15 years of legal experience across highly regulated and emerging industries, with particular depth in commercial contracting, M&A, labor and employment, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Siegel held general counsel and senior legal leadership roles at high-growth companies in the e-commerce, logistics, and regulated consumer sectors. At Amerit, Mr. Siegel oversees all legal matters and serves as a strategic advisor to operations, HR, finance, and sales leadership. His priority is making legal a competitive advantage for Amerit, whether that means accelerating deal cycles with customers, supporting M&A integration, or keeping pace with the compliance demands of a distributed, multi-state workforce. Mr. Siegel holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
