Mr. Weidman is Chief Financial Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions. He brings decades of financial and operational leadership experience transforming organizations with $1+ billion in revenue across large, complex service and industrial companies.
Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Weidman served as CFO of CPI Security, CEO of Form Technologies, and held senior financial leadership roles with Duke Energy and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He brings a growth mindset and extensive experience with M&A and capital markets to Amerit, completing numerous successful buy-side acquisitions with a focus on strong functional partnership to drive results. Mr. Weidman holds a Business Administration degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and completed the Duke Energy Strategic Leadership Program at UNC Kenan Flagler.
