Mr. Rachey is Chief Executive Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions. He is a recognized leader in global fleet operations, transportation, and logistics, named to Insider’s “100 People Transforming Business,” with a career defined by scaling high-performing organizations and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Prior to joining Amerit, he spent over a decade in executive roles across global fleet and transportation companies. As CEO, Mr. Rachey leads with an unmatched combination of strategic insight, operational discipline, and genuine care for Amerit’s people and customers. He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Washington and a JD from Seattle University.

Bob Brauer, Chief Commercial Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Brauer leads the sales, marketing and customer experience teams at Amerit Fleet Solutions. With over 30 years of fleet industry experience, Mr. Brauer was a Founder and Director of the Board of a nationwide fleet maintenance company, where Mr. Brauer was responsible for operations and sales. This company was ultimately acquired by Amerit. Mr. Brauer began his career at Ryder System, and over the course of 12 years, held a series of sales, sales management, and operation leadership roles. Mr. Brauer earned a Business degree from Washington State University.

Andrew Ptak, Chief Information Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions.

Mr. Ptak is the Chief Information Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions. He has over 35 years of experience in technology that includes innovation, large technology transformation, acquisitions, and global technology responsibilities. Beginning his career as a teacher, he moved into technology where he provided solutions for the financial services, manufacturing, retail, and transportation sectors. He brings 12 years of senior technology leadership experience within the transportation and fleet services industry. Mr. Ptak is committed to ensuring that technology enables Amerit to provide excellent services to their customers as well as to the industry through innovation and product leadership. He has a special interest in data analytics and the insights that it can provide to improve fleet operations, asset management and safety. Mr. Ptak is an alumnus of Northern Illinois University.

Keith Weidman, CFO of Amerit

Mr. Weidman is Chief Financial Officer of Amerit Fleet Solutions. He brings decades of financial and operational leadership experience transforming organizations with $1+ billion in revenue across large, complex service and industrial companies. Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Weidman served as CFO of CPI Security, CEO of Form Technologies, and held senior financial leadership roles with Duke Energy and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He brings a growth mindset and extensive experience with M&A and capital markets to Amerit, completing numerous successful buy-side acquisitions with a focus on strong functional partnership to drive results. Mr. Weidman holds a Business Administration degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and completed the Duke Energy Strategic Leadership Program at UNC Kenan Flagler.

Mr. Felton is an Executive Vice President of Amerit Fleet Solutions, and President of Vector Fleet Management. Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Felton spent over a decade at Vector Fleet Management.  Mr. Felton began his career over 30 years ago in the automotive aftermarket space, working for several tire and automotive organizations, where he rose to senior and executive leadership positions. With a strong track-record of contract management, operational excellence and revenue growth development, Mr. Felton leads the government business segment for Amerit.

Over his 30-year career, Mr. Freeman has led global sales and operations teams for Fortune 500 companies and has delivered exceptional results in areas of focused growth with large multinational clients. Mr. Freeman specializes in building programs and strategies to effectively scale commercial organizations and cultivating new customer relationships. He brings industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Retail, and Transportation market segments. Mr. Freeman graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Spanish.

Robert Ramsdell, Executive Vice President of Operations of Amerit Fleet Solutions.

Mr. Ramsdell brings over 30 years of operational and safety leadership roles in passenger transportation to Amerit. Most recently he served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Safety Officer for National Express, a provider of school bus transportation to over 1.3 million students. A highly accomplished and results driven senior operations and safety executive, Mr. Ramsdell has a successful record of accomplishment in operational plan development and execution, safety program development and performance, key relationship management, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cal State Fullerton.

Mr. Cucco serves as the Senior Vice President of Procurement at Amerit Fleet Solutions, where he leads the company’s supply chain and procurement organization. With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Mr. Cucco has held diverse leadership roles across renowned companies such as AutoZone Inc. and Genuine Parts Company, spanning both sales and supply chain operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cucco has been driven by a deep passion for the automotive industry and a steadfast commitment to keeping vehicles on the road. His expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and operational excellence has consistently delivered value across the organizations he has served.

David Holzberg, Senior Vice President of Operations of Amerit Fleet Solutions.

Mr. Holzberg is currently serving as SVP of Operations and leads the Industrial Segments at Amerit & Vector, Operations Support Center and is the Executive sponsor for mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Holzberg has previously held several executive field and corporate leadership roles throughout the fleet industry.   Early in his career he held various roles in operations and sales at Aggreko working throughout North America and Asia.  While at Herc Rentals he led the US & Canada operations for the specialty equipment business unit.  Most recently he worked at TEC Equipment where he led the corporate sales, service, and fleet management for the leasing & rental division.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.

Chris Moulden is a strategic, people-first leader with a hands-on approach and over two decades of industry leadership. He has played a pivotal role in advancing safety practices nationwide, guiding organizations through growth while maintaining operational integrity and risk mitigation at the highest level. As Senior Vice President of EHS, Mr. Moulden is responsible for shaping and executing company-wide safety strategy, driving risk management and incident reduction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety through training and continuous improvement. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of HSE for two Primoris Service Corporation segments—Utilities and Renewables—as well as holding key roles such as Senior Corporate Safety Director for ARB, Inc./Primoris Service Corporation and Corporate Safety Director for Performance Mechanical Inc./EMCOR, where he cultivated industry-leading safety cultures in high-stakes environments.

Ms. Van Wagner serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Amerit Fleet Solutions, leading the company’s enterprise people strategy. She brings global experience scaling people strategies across high-growth organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, hypergrowth, and complex change by architecting innovative talent solutions and building trusted partnerships with executive leadership. A strategic leader focused on organizational effectiveness, Ms. Van Wagner drives business outcomes through leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marist University, is PHR accredited, and is passionate about enabling distributed workforces, leading enterprise HR technology transformations, and responsibly piloting AI-powered tools to enhance employee experience, performance, and decision-making.

Ms. Verdugo oversees Recruiting, Onboarding, Engagement and Retention initiatives. Ms. Verdugo is a successful and engaging senior leader focused on recruiting the best employees and creating an environment where all individuals thrive. With a deep commitment to building high-performing and inclusive teams, Ms. Verdugo aligns talent strategies to build a culture of belonging and long-term growth. Ms. Verdugo helped Amerit launch the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), Amerit’s largest ERG, and is an active supporter of women in the automotive industry. Ms. Verdugo has over 15 years of experience leading Talent Management Teams (Recruiting, Onboarding and Retention) and leads her team with a servant-leader, can-do attitude.

Ms. Vinton has over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development and customer experience for both business-to-business and consumer products companies. Beginning her career in communications and account management, she brings a diverse and customer-centric perspective to all marketing and business development strategies for Amerit. Focused on building customer engagement programs that deliver tangible value to Amerit and their clients, Ms. Vinton leads her team with a relentless commitment to excellence and integrity. Ms. Vinton is an alumnus of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
