Amerit Fleet Solutions was founded by the highly successful team of Mr. Herbold, Mr. Williams and Mr. Punjani. This dynamic team began working together in 2003 with their first entrepreneurial venture, Amerit Consulting, a temporary staffing and consulting firm. Under their leadership, their consulting and staffing business grew rapidly and profitably with the launch of three additional companies: Zempleo, Suna Solutions and IC Advisor. Today these four companies operate under the brand name Evergent Group and have combined annual revenues of over $150MM, offices in the United States and India, and employ over 1,500 individuals. Among the accolades and awards these companies have received are: Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies, Staffing Industry Analysts Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies for three consecutive years, Supplier of the Year Award from McKesson, and Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in San Diego from the San Diego Business Journal.
In 2009 the Founders entered a new line of business with the launch of Amerit Fleet Solutions. Once again, through strategic vision and sound business processes, their company grew rapidly through both organic growth, most notably with the award of a nationwide maintenance contract for the largest private fleet in the country, and the acquisition of the assets of Kelley Fleet Services, a company founded in 1999 and focused solely on fleet maintenance. Since then, the Founders have continued to drive the strategic innovations, account development and quality management that fuel successful growth.
